Home Health Medical [HHM] provides quality health care to patients in the privacy, convenience, and comfort of their home. Our expert team of health care professionals consists of Board Certified, highly trained Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Partitioners and Specialists who are experienced in caring for patients outside of a hospital setting.

Our highly experienced medical team is actively committed to listening to your concerns and aggressively treating common ailments. We prepare ourselves so that we're always available to coordinate all aspects of your medical care. From blood work to EKG's, the Home Health Medical team is well equipped to perform services you would find in a traditional medical office. Our patents receive access to the latest and the most advanced comprehensive screening testing equipment and treatments available. Our team ensures that accurate diagnoses are made, appropriate tests are performed and the best treatment plans provided. We use a computerized wireless Electronic Medical Record [EMR] system, which allows us to hook directly into affiliated hospital systems to assure the continuity of care for our patients. The EMR allows us to read information such as lab results, x-rays, and notes from providers, which allows for faster, accurate care in the patient's home.

Dr. Ronald R. Sam is the founder of Home Health Medical, LLC and Chief Operating Officer of Donte Medical Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. With over 20 (twenty) years of experience as an astute and compassionate physician, Dr. Sam specializes in senior care services and internal medicine.

In Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Sam's community and public service includes his work with the Chicago Urban League Health Care Initiative: National Rainbow Push Convention.

Background and Focus

Dr. Sam is a physician who provides long-term, comprehensive care in the office and the hospital, managing both common and complex illness of adolescents, adults and the elderly. Internists are trained in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, infections and diseases affecting the heart, blood, kidneys, joints and digestive, respiratory and vascular systems. They are also trained in the essentials of primary care internal medicine, which incorporates an understanding of disease prevention, wellness, substance abuse, mental health and effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs.
